Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Sarasota County brings a full array of medical and surgical expertise to the community. The brand-new Sarasota Memorial Hospital-Venice campus will be the most significant addition to the Sarasota Memorial Health System in 94 years. When the facility opens, it will include Venice Hospital itself, which is a 365,00 square foot hospital and medical campus, and includes 110 private rooms, 28 Emergency Room beds and 8 surgical suites. This new all-private room facility will bring a complete range of medical and surgical care to the community. This is exciting progress for Sarasota County.
